Parking
The Savannah Convention Center has a new look! With construction now complete, there are several changes to the layout, including the locations of conference sessions, parking, and facility navigation. To help you navigate the updated space, we've outlined important transportation updates and recommendations to ensure you can easily access everything you need for the conference.
All conference functions will now take place on the opposite side of the building near the parking lot and shuttle drop-off, not at the River Concourse as in previous years.
Shuttle Service: As usual, shuttles will be available to pick up attendees from their hotels and drop them off at the Convention Center. This remains the highly recommended mode of transportation, as the shuttles will drop you off directly at the front door of the Convention Center.
Parking: If you prefer to drive or carpool, there is free parking available in the lot at the front of the building. There is plenty of space, and it’s the most convenient option for those driving.
Water Ferry: The water ferry remains an option, but please be advised there will be a long walk from the ferry dock to the conference registration area and limited mobility assistance will be available. This is the least recommended transportation option. However, the water ferry is highly recommended for transportation to the Saturday night Mardi Gras Celebration, as the event will be held on the Esplanade near the ferry dock.
For the most convenient experience, we recommend taking the shuttle or parking in the lot at the front entrance. We understand that the updated layout may take some time to get used to, but we hope these recommendations will ease any concerns and help you navigate the new space with ease. Please refer to the floor plans above and below for a clear overview of the facility layout and the location of key areas.
