The ACCG County Attorneys’ Section will meet and anticipated topics to be presented include an overview of local sales taxes, an update on the 2025 General Assembly, governmental immunities, and tax vs. fee litigation.
Managers and Administrators will have an opportunity to discuss the new regional format for GACMA and discuss potential dates for a virtual meeting followed by a brief discussion on the potential use of AI in county governments.
County clerks can participate in courses offered through the Georgia Clerks’ Education Institute and in the Georgia County Clerks Association business meeting while at the annual conference.
